The BXNet Annual Convention

Our premier event is our three-day Annual Convention. Hosted in different venues throughout Canada and the United States, the event provides members with fresh opportunities to share ideas and information about the unique challenges associated with running construction associations, plan rooms and builder exchanges. Presentations focus on the issues affecting managers and executives during the course of their daily work, including financial, human resources, technology, plan room management and industry trends.

After the business sessions, we offer lively offsite entertainment and networking gatherings where members meet and mingle to forge lasting bonds.

  • Matthew Farthing, Manager of Information Services
The BXNet conference’s content was applicable to my role more than any conference I have attended.

  • John Mollenhauer, President & CEO
I found both the program content and the insightful interaction with my builders exchange and construction association colleagues during the 2018 convention enormously helpful. Add to that a well-conceived agenda and genuine value-add content, and we all went home with something we could actually use in our day-to-day jobs.

  • Rebekah Morris, Publisher
My first time at the BXNet conference was great. I didn't quite know what to expect, but from the get-go, I learned how other Exchanges operate, what challenges they face, and how they overcome them on a daily basis.

  • Paul A. Haveles, Executive Director
Since the conference, I have reached out to fellow attendees with follow-up questions and discussions. Responses have been prompt and helpful. I found that attending the conference was worth the time and effort. I will attend future conferences to continue my education as an executive director.

It was really everything we expected. It is nice to be able to talk freely with companies that are in the same industry.
